This concentric door knob was made by Reading in the 1931 catalog. It is part of the M-18110 Larello group. They are made of solid cast bronze with concentric wreath detail. Some knobs take 0.25 in. standard spindles, some knobs take 0.375 in. Some knobs may need to be drilled to accommodate a standard set screw.
